Privacy Policy
Information about the processing of data provided through the form and in correspondence with SkyMav.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is SKYMAV PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, with its registered office at Małęczyńska 25, 26-600 Radom, Poland, KRS 0001236707, NIP 7963046809, REGON 544552882. 2. Data we process
Through the form, we may receive your full name, company or organisation name, business email address, optional phone number, selected conversation topic and information included in the description of your task or project. At this initial stage, please do not provide confidential information, special categories of personal data or documentation subject to secrecy obligations.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to and assess an enquiry, and to take steps at the individual’s request before potentially entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We may also process data under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for the controller’s legitimate interests: conducting business correspondence, organising contact, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to handle the enquiry, with providers of hosting, website maintenance, IT, email, legal or accounting services to the controller. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
If a service provider used to operate the website or handle correspondence processes data outside the European Economic Area, a transfer may take place only under a mechanism provided for in the GDPR, in particular an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. 6. Retention period
We retain data for as long as needed to handle correspondence and determine further steps. If the discussion leads to cooperation, data may be processed for its duration and for the period required by legal obligations and limitation periods for claims. If no cooperation follows, data may be retained until there is no longer a justified need to document the correspondence or defend against claims.
7. Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Requests concerning your rights can be sent to contact@skymav.com.
8. Providing data is voluntary
Providing data is voluntary. However, without contact details or information needed to understand the enquiry, we may be unable to respond. Ticking the checkbox next to the form confirms that you have read this policy; it is not marketing consent.
9. Cookies and technical events
The website may use cookies necessary for its operation, security and remembering language settings. The form code records technical events related to selecting an enquiry type and submitting an enquiry, without including your name, email address, phone number or message content in those events. Analytics or marketing tools requiring consent should be activated only after that consent is obtained, if such tools are implemented.
10. Automated decisions
Form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects an individual.
11. Policy updates
